i thought i'd resurrect this thread.

town are fourth in league 2, two weeks ago today wise & poyet pissed off to leeds but we look set to confirm former plymuff & sheff wed manager paul sturrock as our new manager tomorrow. a manager who has succeeded at this level in the past and he'll be inheiriting a decent team so promotion shouldn't be too difficult.

this division is fucking awful though, sooner we get out o fit the better

Good decision, we decided to get out of division three two years ago, unfortunately we went out the back of the division :(

We're struggling in the bottom half of the league currently, although we did thrash Droylsden 5-1 last weekend in the FA Cup 4th Qualifying round, 3-0 up after 14 mins, so they resorted to thuggery!

3rd in Serie B, it has been amusing so far this season watching us jump up the league as our points penalty gets reduced. As it is it's November and we're in an automatic play-off spot already.

Top of the table, first time in ages I've felt like we might actually have a shot of winning the premiership, we're having a rather good run of things.

Still don't think we have a chance in hell in Europe though, but hopefully I'll be proved wrong. Just nice to see United having a good run of things for a change :)
