I have checked a couple of other sites but still am unsure about my spells and what makes them tick any advice welcome


So my basic query is this, what counts most in determining how well my spells function, is it my level? The skill points I put into them? my peity stat? (am a Healer)

A mixture of all those I think...
Some will increase the effect, others the amount of power and another more powerfull spells.
