I like NF. I Hate TOA.
The fun with NF is that you dont haft to be a hardcore player and if I want to play 30 minutes you can logg in run around for a while etc. Before NF it was kinda useless to ewen think that you could get in and play rvr for 30 minutes. "run out from mpk as a caster and get ganked by 3 scouts"
Before NF it was all about emain, Mpk<-->Apk. realy nothing more. Now you can use the whole zone, port to keep in 5 sec.

Tbh if u dont like occational zerging and keeptaking, u shouldnt started with Daoc in the first place.

Well I started with DAoC december 2003 because my rl friend bombadil was playing at that time.

And I've had lots and lots of fun 8vs8 fights pre-NF.
