Change update.dat to:

Mythic Patch
patch.daoc.net:1280/updates/darkness/mpatch.dat
patch.daoc.net:1280/updates/darkness/mpatch.dat


Replace "Darkness" with "Catacombs" or "Atlantis" where appropriate.

If you want to play actively on both servers then make a copy of your camelot directory then do that.
