How to install LotM?

I've seen quite a few threads from people who had problems when installing LotM, so I just want to make sure I do it the right way...

Do I put LotM in my Catacombs folder or somewhere else?

Do I need a copy of my Catacombs folder if I want to play with Catacombs client instead of LotM client?

Anything else I should know about before installing?

Sorry about the noob questions, but computer never was my strong side xD

Yep install it in your DR / Catacombs folder over your current version.

Yep backup your DR / Cata folder first (always a good idea)
