How to get the CM to pay rent?

I need to know the command to set the consignment merchant to pay house rent, I have had it set on my house in Albion since housing was released but my booze addled mind seems to have forgot what the command is and I now need it for my house in Hibernia. Thanks in advance.

just dump your cash in the CM (give your dough to a guildy, dump some weird lootthingy in the CM, set price for yey p's, and let guildy buy item)


If you got for 20p on your CM, and type /settle 50000000000 (price in copper) then you'll take out 5p, thus leaving 15p in the CM's wallet.

Hmm I could have sworn there used to be a command but I stopped playing for about 9 months so I guess Mythic could have changed that. Anyway, thanks for the replies, I will give it a try asap.
