How to get owned by customersupport during Xmas

I deleted my Midgard characters on my accounts:
[xxxxxx] (x@hotmail.com) main char 50 healer
[xxxxxx 2] (x@hotmail.com) main char 50 skald

Both being payed by me Xx.

I need your help to restore these since I regret it much. I was going to try out another realm but it was a big mistake.

Wouldnt it of been better to just say you did name them rather than insult them? A lot more would get done

It looks a little fuzzy to me wether or not you posted an still existing character you have on mid/excal or not.

Best to mail them with:

deteled these chars:
name, lvl, class, race (gender?)

My current active characters on this server:
name, lvl, class, race (gender?)

So GOA doesnt have to guess which character you deleted and which one you are still playing.

And when I gave them all the info they needed they replied and said something about they can't restore any characters at all because they lost the old backups during the last patching. I've been fooled by this char-restoration twice now. It just doesn't work anyway.

They cannot restore characters that have been deleted before a patch was implemented, as said in one of the news posts on their website.

Surely you're gonna say something like "YEA BUT THERE WERENT PRE PATHC!!111" to make GOA look bad anyways.

Hmm..... Am I going to say that? well, not to make GOA to look bad or anything.. but I replied to that message I got one week before the patch, and was hoping to get them back before that. 2 weeks later (1 week after the patching had been done) I got that message saying they can't restore the chars.

And that news post you're probably talking about was out after I tried to restore the chars.
