How to farm guthlac ?

oki im in need of guthlac large shield 4 a m8 and was wondering how u can farm it.
givf pm here or post in thread if u know a easy way of doing this (not envolving more than the odd FG)

Loads of patience as drop rate is crap with abit of tactics u can do it ml 9 sm + bb and healer but nice to have a extra rezz bot aswell.

ML5Perf BB
ML5Perf/RR5+ Healer (any spec)

Speed/sprint as far as u can, sui in a "non-aggro place" (gonna need a few tries to get this one right) rez with healer RR5 ability. Rince and repeat untill u get to Guthlac. Do not use shammy dmg add on pet while fighting Kvasir. Some places u will have to wipe the random adds to avoid adds/cfh etc.

Estimated time/kill: 2-3h~

Bring another ML9SM to reduce downtime. Healer/Shaman should both be actively played.

BIRGHIR & GUTHLAC
Single pulling these guys is almost impossible. The trick to fighting these guys is to have the puller pull them both through the raid and then have the raid only hit one of them while the puller continues to kite the second. The
disappear and reappear back at his spawn point deaggroed, then you can just pull him solo after the first one is dead. They do straight melee as well as minor added spells, like DDs or bolts on seemingly random people.

Good luck trying to kite Birghir while the dungeon haven't been cleared.

From what that guide tells, it seems to me the only way to do this is to bring two summoning SM's and then it's still even a struggle due to the random DD's and Bolts.

as said guthlac himself is a very easy mod, it is virtually impossible to get to him using less then 2 ml9 pets, and one of em should be summ sm. OFC u prolly can get into him using less then that, with some bug abusing and like hourse and hours of mob clearing.

2 things gutlac fits battler so nice and ist faster than small shield and uses same end and oOo blocks more
And u dont need 2 sms just 1 and 2-3 bots i done it lots of times

with ml9 bd aswell theres no need, bd tank birgher without need of any heals, just make new healers if they die

why not do it the easy way and take both on 1 ml 9 pet they hit like gimps
And yes i done it after focus nerf quite a few times
