How to change icons back to pre-1.89 version?

I notice in the notes on Chronicles of Camelot it says you can get help to change your icons back?

"We would like to recommend everyone who would like to keep the old icons to contact the custom interface specialists (through the forums and fan sites).

The latter will give you the relevant information to change the icons or offer you new interfaces that use these icons."

Can anyone tell me where I can get this advice from, please?

While we're at it, what does everyone think of the new icons? Generally in favour or not?

I've downloaded the icon set and put it into my folder in the right client, called ui\custom. I have the option to choose Atlantis or Custom Skin from the interface option as they say ... however it doesn't make any difference at all, I still have the new icons appearing.

Any ideas?

HI, well i thought i was doing the right thing too without any joy, until i found this link How can I get the old icons back in my interface? .: Dark Age of Camelot Knowledgebase and did exactly as it says and it worked first time. Good luck.

altho the new system fucks up some old icons its deffo better than the new ones
