How to cancel a subsription?

OK, so i still (for some odd reason) have goa taking cash from my account once a month. ofc since i dont do EU anymore i want to cancel it. problem is. i dont know WHAT account that got auto renew on (ive been paying for several). and my own bank dont answer my requests. i was hoping to be able to mail GoA about it and ask them, but the only place i CAN email them is registration or loss of password related problems. ALL other problems will be ignored. how the >< will i be able to tell them to shove their figers up their arse and stop taking my cash?
