How to activate Traldor artifact?

I got Traldors staff artifact. I killed him solo and took up the staff myself. Ihave all 3 scrolls---still the right loremaster wont activate it? Anyone know anything about this?

Put one of the scrolls on ur Qbar and "use" it, it will form a book, then give the artifact to one of the scholars in oceanus (I think its there anyway) and then the book.

Try different scholars, the first i tried didnt wanna activate, second one did.

This happend to me, i didnt get credit even though i did it solo, took me about 5 attempts and finally did it, then it wouldnt combine anything, i almost screamed. But i tried it again the next day, and i got credit, then activated it.

You dont have to use qbar actually.

Can just right click on the item then type '/use'. Same with artis with a 2nd ability. just right click and type '/use2'.
