How powerful is "see hidden"? Who gets it, and when?

They can kill solo chars...

anyone in a group (who's not sleeping) will slaughter them if they're not incredibly careful..

not to mention that stealthing up to someone's nose and hacking it off takes a bit more guts and skill than stealthing up to range 2300 from someone's nose and putting an arrow through it

Vanish is a nice ability... hwoever you'll still see them for a moment - get some pbaoe
