Just incase there's any confusion: what deathbloke posted was a long way from incitement to racism btw. - it was just a comment that was racist and therefore deleted. However the whole "freedom of speech" thing would naturally imply that.

Plus there's no such thing as real "freedom of speech" in this country (some things are prohibited, e.g. kiddie pron), nor on these boards - this is a private board with rules which you agree to follow if you wish to remain posting here.

This is not a public street - this is a private board, it's more like spraypainting slogans on someone's living room wall than free speech as long as you keep your slogans within the CoC the management doesn't mind a bit of spraypaint

It was not racist it was political, comparing the behaviour of two selfish people to the meanies who impose racial discrimination on the Palestinians. For you to interpret that as incitement to racism, threaten me with legal action against inciting racial hatred, then change your tune and then banning my account, is totalitarian.

This is not a private board either, it is public, and publicly accessible, so much so some consider it the authority in hosting raids. If you want a private board then make it password only, so only its private members can read and contribute to it.

This board belongs to the people that own and run Freddyshouse. Their board, their house, their rules. If they don´t like your face, they can throw you out ad lib and without giving you any reason whatsoever.
Don´t like it? Stay off.

Look, the forum has rules, you accepted those rules when you created your account. The CoC is in place for a good reason; to prevent things like this from happening. Like it or not, you can not just post whatever you like here. If that was the case, what did we need mods for? If you want to speak freely, do it on another board.

I didn't threaten you with anything I merely pointed out if you created a "free speech" forum/website to rant on and posted any incitement to racial hatred you may well fall foul of the law.
