They are being built as we speak, got a good deal of 4800 euros per square meter. 83 square meters, three rooms, two bedrooms and a kitchen + 10 square meter balcony and a walkin-closet for dem ladies. The 'cheap' price is due to the price being set 1 1/2 year ago when prices were different, moving in a year from now when they are built.
