Just putting my clean jeans away and realised I have so many pairs of jeans that I automatically qualify to be a homosexual man!

Fixed :(

But yes, Deebs is right about Belstaff. Awesome clothes, I have two Belstaff jackets.

I think this whole thread is just some sort of willy waving exercise for Deebs.

I don't understand this fascination with spending money because it has a name on it. Given the price of a pair of Deeb's jeans from Diesel, I'd expect russian virgins to hand make them from spinning the thread, through to weaving the denim, through to sewing the finished item.

I have 2 pairs of jeans, both black from M&S. £15 each.

No it is not a willy waving excercise. I could be accused of following society but I do like Diesel clothes and also have over 20 t-shirts by them.

I love the fit, infact I have underwear from M&S (authentic range) but I prefer the fit of Diesel and Calvin Klein, it is not a bad mark against M&S just a personal preference by me.

People should buy what makes them happy, some choose to go on skiing holidays, some choose to buy DVDs, some buy clothes.

I agree. I have to admit I over indulge in a lot of things, I have the disposable income to do so. Why? I have made sure that my life insurance covers what I would like to leave to my children and what I have now is mine to do with what I want.

Spending lots of money on clothes, toys (gadgets), holidays brings no guilt trip to me. My children (who live with their mum are ok and want for nothing), are fine and that is the most important thing to me. When I die they will receive over a million quid and a semi-detached house. Good for them.

The point is right now it is MY time, not yours, not my kids, spend the wedge and enjoy life, you cannot take it with you!

3 pairs of jeans (2 of them for £10 or something from Tesco)
2 pairs of craghoppers

more than enough for me. I can't stand clothes shopping.

For the last 3 years i have had one pair of jeans that i get washed and get worn all the time. I recently (3 weeks ago) got 2 new pairs from GAP @ £30 each, which i thought was a good price, therefore i now have 3 pairs

Oh and Deebs looks like an extra from the Thriller video in his 'retro' jacket

This, why not just say you have 20 pairs of jeans and is this too many?

That said, Diesel jeans are nice but id rather just get some skinny ones from River Island which are just as nice and spend the £100 I saved on something else.

Just putting my clean jeans away and realised I have quite a lot:

  • 11 pairs of Diesel Jeans
  • 2 pairs of Energie
  • 1 pair of FCUK
  • 1 pair of Levis
  • 1 pair of Hamnet
So is that a bit overkill?

holy cow!

I don't even know the makes of mine all I know is I've got...

x2 blue
x2 black
x1 dungarees for decorating etc
x1 adventuring trousers

and I thought that was overdoing it a bit hehe, how many pairs of shoes do you have? ^^

He has 14 pairs of Jimmy Choo stilettos, they go lovely with his vast denim selection and his bondage jacket!

Hang on, 20 pairs of jeans?!?! Surely that qualifies him for membership of Status Quo and he is definately old enough! :D ;) :p

I've got 5 pairs of Jeans.

2 Diesel £160 a pair
1 Gstar RAW £140
1 J Lindeberg £110
1 Police 883 £90

The Diesel Jeans I have had for over 5 years, money well spent.

My legwear is the only thing that survives the wifes yearly cull of clothes to give to the charity shop.

I seem to be spending alot of money on Linen at the moment, but I can't seem to find a nice blue pair of linen pants :(

Just read marcs comment.

The jeans I own have names on but they are also the most comfortable pairs I found while shopping for them.

@ Ez I have 20 pairs of shoes/trainers. I used to own 9 pairs of diesel footwear :p The charity shop has had some good gear from me :)
