The quest isn't too hard if you use a walkthru, but you need faction to even get the quest.

you need faction and that bracer is the reward for fighter classes.
The belt you should be able to get fairly easily if you get a good group and farm the possessive spirit a few times, it also gives a lot of other nice items.

Took 2 faction quests (20 min each) before I got faction then 1 hour or so for the quest, lots of waiting for in-game times of day so its a bit tedious but nothing huge.
