How many of you are /anon ??

The past few days I have been curios about how large our part of the population of the server are atm. atm the only thing you could do is /who all and compair to GOAs homsite or the loggin page. This exclude all that are /anon tho.

The thing is that unless a very large portion of us are /anon (>20%) we are severly underpopulated. the un-/anon hibs have the past few days been between 17-20% of the total serverpopulation... :(

The active hib population has always been the lowest on Excalibur. At one point when a lot of middies went inactive, the mid population almost went down to hib levels, but then went back up.

The disproportion isn't usually important, since there are still enough active high level hibs to RvR effectively and even zerg on occasion. It only really becomes evident when a large percentage of the server population all become active at once, like after a new patch. Right now we feel the weight of being outnumbered but it will calm down again in a week or three.

Do the same in Alb and you get ~25%. Lots are /anon in all realms.

I think you still show up in someone's friends list if you're /anon. So what's the point in being /anon? I still show up in some lists and I'm listed as advisor anyway :)p) so when I'm on, I'm not /anon.

Permanently /anon now though.. :p

You don't show on friends lists if you are anon. But if you add an anon person to your list you do get told they are in game.

never used anon much myself, kinda against the concept, unless you are a healer/crafter.

That said, i think it should be a 2-way friends list, so that if you got a char on your friends list, and he got you, then you should see through /anon or sumt like that.

edit: always found it funny that EVERYONE that was part of a relicraid had to be /anon, otherwise spies could do /who and find out. Well, ok its suspicious if a spy sees 150 mids in emain for instance, but i'd say its more suspicious if there are NO mids there

Well when you have the max (150) number of friends the /anon command would be useless :)

I want a cross-realm friends/enemy list! :D

I try to be anon or afk all the time (best way to leech tbh) :p

This only works until u zone then they disappear from your list again ;)
