rolled a shammie on midgard/excal and got it at lvl 15 or 16 as far as i can remember...

nicest thing in beta for me was marrying some female kobold warrior in game, at the priest in Jord

kinda fun seeing a troll marry a kobbie
rofl you even got a ring for it too

shame they removed the priest in retail.

Vell was my first ever DAoC character, and although she's changed sexes a few times (stoooopid corrupted characters!) she is now very definitely a she. Call her a Post-Op if you will

Would like to add (if it springs to the mind) that I was an annoying sunoffabitch in beta. Especially with the end of beta event, /sticked to the big red monster around gna faste /yelling Attack him/her (names yes), Noone will deny the power of blablababla, and they died, some people fell for it and tried to attack me then

Yeah beta 1337-ness

Had a thane called Hakanson, and then he hit lvl 10 and i realiced you could get a lastname for your char, and Hakanson Hakanson would be just stupid.
Well he got to about lvl 13 - took 2 weeks

Then a friend of mine who played on the US said that you could make a lvl 15 in a weekend and I thought "Hell i have to try that" and presto - Hulbur the skald was born. Got to lvl 14 in that weekend

Got to lvl 19 by the end of beta and damn was i the baddest troll, wearing studded armor, on the block

I remember my first trip to emain - lol -

I was with a bunch of baddies, and i get seperated but wait, there is a keep over there, maybe we could meet there??

I still have some screenies of me/goku/zombie when we watched Diadan go on a LD trip in the sky in muspel

I got some screenies of the end-of-beta event with that big red demon thing dancing around.

For some reason they got a bit corrupted though, I guess it was the incredible lag of having almost everybody from all 3 realms in emain bowl

Oh, and I played beta from er, I dunno, I just played beta Got level 20ish and even did some crafting.

No intention of leaving and if I did I'd let everybody know and then delete my account. Hate the thought of some irritating kid buying the account and acting like an arse with my name
