Always instant for me, know some ppl who have been able to login instantly only to ld after 5 min to find it saying acc closed when trying to log back in, tho it fixed itself after ~20min or so.

When reactivating my account I could instantly log in, but it would take some minutes/hours before I got the e-mail confirming my payment and subscription.
