How good is the Winged Helm lvl 10 charge?

For general use its not that good, but for blocking PA damage its awesome ;p

Getting PA`d for sub 250 even by 50 CS class's is worth it alone tbh. Although when combined with things like ip/ap etc winged helm`s aura does prolong your life quiet a bit.

The level 10 charge on Winged helm is Excelent, and you really can feel its usefullness, when attacked by a PA attack.
iin a 1vs1 fight you will live alot longer, and might win the fight against the many buffed stealthers roaming, althoug its more and more common these are in duo or more.
I do think the duration should be 10 min, not 5, it is a level 10 ability.

I have a fair few L10 artifacts that ive tested with my hunter, winged helm being one of them. To be honest its not worth it for a stealth class, the reduction 75% of style+ damage can help but its not amasing. I took it out of my template as it became a problem interfering with the reuse timer, stealth fight often dont last long so when u need to use that pot you dont want "you must wait a further 30seconds to use this item" also you have to unstealth to activate the 5min duration L10 ability.

To some it up for a stealther its complete donkey but for a tank class its prolly quite nice.
