How does midgard feel after LA nerf patch?

Just wanted to hear how well/bad midgard takes the latest LA nerf patch?

US. servers took this nerf very hard , lots of mids left/moved to other server/realm.

Does EU server/mid have same problem after 1,62?

According to the death spams in emain - I'd say that some of the zerkers are > the nerf anyway :)

Well I just started a Zerker just to prove the point that no nerf can keep a good class/player/Realm down. Still think it was a fucked-up botch job on Mythic's part (and if chanters aren't getting their uber dmg output nerfed because it's been a part of their class for so long, then why did Zerks?)...but the amount of whining in this game is appalling. I'd rather play than whine. If the Anti-Savage Whine Militia did that, they'd have a lot more fun (and realise that dropping Savages ain't so hard).
My little Zerk seems to do nice dmg still...we'll see how it pans out and feels for a Zerk player who never had pre-nerf dmg output.

It's not that if anything that will get nerfed. It's the fact that mana-spec has it all: debuff for baseline, focus shield and pbae in one line.

My chanter is light specced though, so just hoping they'll move something from mana to light :) ( focus shield sound most likely of the above - but knowing mythic they'll put it in enchantments or something silly as that )

But that was just a sidenote :)

not to bad

With Left Axe Use:
Zerker without buffs and low rr is to dificult to survive
Zerker without buffs High rr it's okie
Zerker with buffs (good red buffs) i think it's more powerfull than before (okie nerf zerkers again ffs ;p)

Some zerkers have change from left axe use to 2h (not to good for me)
I believe in any case da best spec now for a Berserker it is 44 Weapon/Left Axe/Parry, because it can use also 2h and Left Axe proportionally and has also good Parry

some zerks just went inactive when the nerf was announced, without even trying it..


the ones that are remaining, are doing fine all except poon cos he sux hard (an he pulled atm guards yesterday in odins thx)

still a lot of active zerks, (try do a /who for both zerks an savages, sometimes mroe zerks online ;>)

just do a search for zerkers and parse their name with savage names.

i see around 5ish active zerkers atm, and about 90savages.

Well i still like my zerker just can´t charge in like i used to but have to think a bit more i kinda like it that way LOL but i am doing fine :)

tbh I do quite ok with my zerker, rr4L5, both unbuffed and buffed.

Recently killed 4 hibs when I duoed with a 48 shammy :p Bard, VW, spearo and LW champ Oo, we lost to them more then we won though. :p

Anyways, I'm enjoying my zerk more now than before patch, zerks are a balanced class now, the dmg we did before was insane, could 2 - 3 shot a pally in frenzy if I was lucky.

no fucking way, I do MUCH less dmg then before, im rr6L7 and when im buffed its from a mota4 bot.

My caps have lowered about 100-200dmg i think.


that said, we are now on par with mercs/bm's and if you dont look at the savage my dmg-output is totally arite, so give fucking flurry, increased bleeds and shield spec.

right now...(13.45 monday)

14 lvl50 zerkers online
11 lvl50 savages online



soooooo sure.

slam - 2h - berserk for teh ownage :)

and yes, im r7l7 atm and feel like my dmg output is still kk. Since i've capped qui right after LA nerf my dmg cap got lowered a lot and i swing much faster.

ps. and im not a troll like thingy ;)
pps. im dont use Snowblind as anytime style. I hate crap Ravanger dmg but Atrophy and Scathing Blade r ok :) At least i can survive longer w/no Snowblind (defence penalty).

Haven't tested those styles but with my sword chain ( assault + ice storm ) I do about 130 - 180 dmg with assault and 200 - 250 dmg with Ice Storm, and with df I only do bout 160 - 180 what I've seen when I've tested it in duels.

the problem is that by using sword/axe/hammer styles wearing 2 weapons u won't get natural haste from swinging both weapons. So u better equip 2h sword for better dmg once u use sword styles.

In the fact i do only a bit lower damage from Atrophy/Scathing than from SS. Ravanger sux badly as i noticed.

Summ, u are wrong. Selfhaste of LA works everytime, it is not dependant of styles used.

if i remember correctly, new growth rates of LA are:
ravager - 0.38
atrophy - 0.62
Scathing Blade - 0.75
Dfrost - 0.72
Snowblind - 0.63

lol how many active savages can you name then?:p You just name the really known zerkers, but there are most likely ALOT of zerkers out there that you dont know and are still active.

Ow and Soruzi if she still plays should be active aswell.
