RightNow is a pile of shit, they never respond at all...so...how DO we get GOA to talk to us, the paying punters, about the unjustifiable price hike, the lack of a 3rd. English server, the lack of in-game support etc etc...?
Do any GOA employees bother to read these forums?
This isn't a whine, it's a genuine question about how GOA can feel that their "customer service" is anything other than a pathetic joke. When I see what the US servers get...GRRRR...hell, just /appeal would be nice.
