How do we actually get a reply out of GOA...?

RightNow is a pile of shit, they never respond at all...so...how DO we get GOA to talk to us, the paying punters, about the unjustifiable price hike, the lack of a 3rd. English server, the lack of in-game support etc etc...?

Do any GOA employees bother to read these forums?

This isn't a whine, it's a genuine question about how GOA can feel that their "customer service" is anything other than a pathetic joke. When I see what the US servers get...GRRRR...hell, just /appeal would be nice.

Two things...

1) I sent an email to goa through rightnow regarding an access problem i had after latest mini patch. I sent it at 04:30am, after getting up and taking missus to work i checked my email at about 13:00 and i had a response. the response was a bit poor in its explaination, so i sent a reply back, then got another response within an hour or so. This seemed fairly good reporting times to me.

2) Over 30% increase seems a very high markup considering the amount of "ongoing" issues, the consistent "FUBAR" patches, the fact that future patches encourage buffbots, new mmorpg coming out soon look much better, nothing in the pipeline to encourage sticking with it, blah blah blah...

I do enjoy the game but tbh all these things stacked up lead me to seriously doubt i will renew into a second year when my subscription runs out in june/july.

Not quite. You can pay even more for them to hire me as the new CSR! :clap:

Honestly, do you think you'd get bad service from me? My replies may even contain HUMAN humour. Not to mention, proper Anglais. :p And if you think about it, I am quite fair and don't hold grudges, well, exept for ... and ... and ... Oh and ... and there was this one time ... :D

Would still be nice to hear what the increase is towards. As for the current Rightnow system, all I can say is that there are different people on that side (probably one person translating into and back-from French :D ) that answer. Some get things sorted quickly, others don't. It's the human factor.

Maybe I should make a poll...

it's a 20% increase on the euro price...

however exchange rates have changed in the year we've been playing so it turns into a 33% increase.

like the price wasnt enough already. I have two accounts myself after this happens im sure i will close one of them, but atleast i hope some of thoose people with buffbots will have to do the same :))

You want to contact GOA? Get organised and make a protes ingame. I'm sure 500 people standing and shouting "GOA hear our cry!" infront of Jordheim, Tir na Nog or Camelot would peek some interest.

Then just address someone as the spokesperson.
