What do I have to do to get rid of this reputation of a spamming, annoyong ass?

Funnily enough, the best way is 1. to actually show who you are, not be afraid of it, and just face what you get thrown at. Being someone with a reputation shitter then most politions myself, I can at least have some idea what it's like. As it was said, the hatred primarly displayed in this thread so far will be due to you not actually showing who you are.

for your information, I can remember getting getting into something that remotely resembled an argument exactly twice in the BW forums. one of those was with Mr. ? and I didn't like that one either. I consider myself an amiable person, and am not prone to to snap at someone -even if they act in a questionable manner.
