How do I cast two bolts?

This is probably completely n00b but I see lots of comments on US boards about bolt/bolt/dd as an attack sequence for casters.

Now Bolt spells are on a timer so how on earth can you get 2 off before a mob goes melee?

If your bolts are anythink like my
Exc HIB Eldritch

then you have two bolts to use then the DD.
(can take down most [not all] yellows before they get close)
that could be what they are refering to?

It's just the spec line you choose.

Fire wizards have a baseline bolt, and a spec line bolt for example.

If you had specced ice, however, you would only get the one fire baseline bolt.

So certain spec choices give you 2 bolts .... thats it.

(Runecrafting runemaster, void eldritch, fire wizard ... and earth wizard -i think-)

Only albion class capable of shooting 2 bolts at the moment is an earth specced wizard. (baseline fire bolt and specline earth). But we all know how rare they are.

Next patch, fire wizzies will get a specline bolt aswell so then you'll be able to fire both before nuking your target into oblivion.

When you name these threads can you please put a warning in saying that it's nowt to do with pr0n, I am sick and tired of seeing such threads as glimmering sword and how do I cast 2 bolts thinking they are some kind of pr0n, then alas being sorely disappointed. Thank You.

I started an Earth wizard and got him to level 24. Don't do it, it wil drive you insane. You can't kill yellows without using loads of roots, you dont do much DD damage, bolts are blocked in combat, and although it looked good for Earth on the Pendragon US server a few weeks ago, it has been nerfed *again*. So don't do it.
