How are you Pryd Hibs doing with event NPCs?

Hi from an Excalibur Hibernian. I was wondering how my fellow Hibernians are doing with discovering event NPCs and figuring out what they are trying to tell us? I'll keep checking back here for more news, but you might like to check on the Hib/Excal forum for news too.

I posted the two I've seen in the general forums a while ago, but here they are again:

1) Rysa - wind ghoul camp in Connacht
2) Frusa - Valley of Bri Leith, by a well, loc 560k,9k (run along the road to Cain until the hill that divides the valley, then head directly east).

Also, there's that astrologer who has appeared in Tir na Nog outside a house next to the fighter guild who mutters stuff about a storm coming...

I found A new (I never seen him before anyway) NPC in Tir Na Nog
cant rember his name but he is some sort of Astrologer
I can tell you were I saw him though.

from the main merchant/crafter square
go S towards the tunnel (that goes towards the speluser trainers)
just before you get to the tunnel he is standing at the door to one of the houses on your right
