Disagree alb pryd has been alot better then alb excal, rest i fink is the same or better on excal. Cluster was nice imo bit more adding then precluster but i guess it comes from ppl not knowing who to resect etc

I voted against the cluster but it got pushed through so i did the best i could.
However even with meetings and trying to communicate with the other server the community that made hib/pryd the great realm it was has been damaged.
Too many unknowns, and people playing more then one side, differance of opinions and conflicts of interest.
The cluster worked better then i had feared but i miss how it was.
Think the 1.82 patch was more use then the cluster.

Population increase was needed, the RP boost however was not and made RvR shit on most evenings.
Still like cluster and the amount of people we currently have on the server.

So true, prydwen may not have the bigger names, like DH, NP and such, but imo the quality is better.

Edit: People seem to judge how good guilds are on how many RPs they have, shame

So how come only ~2 prydwen guilds stood out as anything more than rp cows after cluster?

Edit: mostly talking about the time between clustering and classic as that was the best time of cluster so far when it comes to active guild groups

Since cluster its always mixed groups/guilds, doesn't make a difference tbh.

And RPs doesn't reflect the quality of fights and play between the two servers.

Err k? After cluster there was atleast 10 different guild groups running 2-5 times a week with a rep or two once in a while, and why even mention RP's? RP's mean nothing. Im talking about who put up a good fight and quality fg vs fg, if Prydwen was soooo much superior in "quality fights" how come only 2? groups stood out of all the quality people you brought?

Im not talking about attitudes or anything, I know most Excal ppl's attitude are completely different to Prydwen and completely agree Prydwen had a better atmosphere (ofc you had your pieces of work too) but now I'm just talking about the pure ability to play this game in a fg. I'm also not saying average Excal guy is better than Prydwen, I'm just saying there has been 2 competing groups from Pryd who gave a fight. So I'm not sure where you pull this better quality bs from

In all fairness to the prydwen guilds I think you have to point out that those 2 guilds probably overall were the hardest fights of them all, in their respective realms, in the time after cluster, before classic

I think RvR quality has gone down the drain since cluster. It might have been few ppl out but the quality of fights were oh so much better.

Midget Mafia was originally from hib excal though, but they ran with two replacements after a short while I think cuz two of them quit. They killed a lot, but I remember some top people on hib pryd saying they weren't really that hard when their instas were down and they had the abilities to fight them. And that's basically what some np'er said too, medde I think, when he got moc on his chanter (chantson?), they started winning a lot more.

I have to agree with that one. If you look at the Midget Mafia movie you'll find that they only used instas.
