What are the general housing costs in SWG ?

I have a char with about 30k credits and just wondered how long it would take to save up for a pad of my own and the prices of housing etc. Is it paid for monthly / weekly etc?

A small house should cost you no more than 10k (8k from fnarr on eclipse server)

Costs are roughly 500cr a day to maintain it.

I wouldn't bother with a house untill you start to run out of space in your inventory / backpack / cargo pocket.

I only got one to store my crafting resources.
