Housing Problem

Hi, i am trying to upgrade my house from a cottage to a villa.

When i go to the market and try to purchase a villa deed, i am getting the message "if you wish to purchase items for your house, you must be in or near the house"

Coul anyone help me here in what i need to do?

As was posted on the GOA website in the friday news all house deeds have been disabled to fix an exploit Mythic recently discovered.

Deactivation of the House Bankers
A bug was recently identified by Mythic and some players of the American servers took advantage of it to lay their hands on a lot of money. This bug was located in the House Bankers and the Deeds. A correction is going to be put in place however in the meantime, you cannot buy Deeds to House Bankers but you can go buy your house to the lotstone. This patch will require a server shutdown and will be carried in the course of next week. The date will be communicated to you very soon.

You can still buy deeds of the Lot-Stones tho, remember to buy porch and consignemt merchant before you drop the house deed on the lot
