o crap upto 95p to buy a plot i only counted om 100p for mantion 45p to get what i need 45p to buy nice items to go into it.
means ill have to farm a bit more dam i hate dam farming(that or raise my sc prices by 500g to 2.5p)

its a massivly multiplayer game, not a massively solo game, i have to (arrgh) agree with glottis and lox here, if they made the prices so that individuals could afford them immediatly most guilds wouldn't get a house unless they made the housing zones bigger than the entire current realm
and like you said you have 8p now, and may have 20 by foundations, get 5 ppl together and you have enough for a mansion, hardly worth moaning about if 5 ppl can afford the most expensive thing around, theres guilds with 50+members and most are at least 20+ ppl

they said they will add housing zones if more is needed (lot 100-899 is for alb 900-1699 is for x.. etc? i think). they only used 3 zones now, but they started 100-399 and then 900-1199 if i remember correctly. Atleast there is a space between lots which could make it up to 8 zones per realm. Which means 1600 houses, i doubt they would need that many actually . But atm there are 600 houses per realm and most people will wait for the 15plat atleast to buy lots. But I think mythic will keep adding zones till people buy them for max 5 plat.
They just dont want to have 2 complete empty zones, so they start with 3 and might add more if actually needed. However what goa will do is something else and in the end we have to deal with goa not mythic

the house zone is not limited to this 3 house zones who are coming to the european version they will implent more house zones. If the lots starts to be to little for the demands.

the Lot prizes starting on 95p each hour it goes down by 500g.

Until it drops down to 1p where it stays.

The houses dont become cheaper after time!
