Housing Hookpoints

Any way to allow a friend access to add/remove hookpoint items ?

Ive ticked all the boxes visible, they can add items and decorations, add/remove from the CM, but when they try to change a hookpoint - the game wont let you.

think only the house owner, the one character who owns the house, not the whole account can place hookpoint items. Bought a vault on one character once and then, tried to place it and couldn't. Sucky tbh.

With Guildhouses the GMs can place hookpoint items.
