actual prices are :

1p cottage
10p house
40p villa
100p mansion


with rental being 2% of the house cost per real time week nad can be paid for up to 4 weeks in advance.

Best value is villa as it has enough "points" to place all 3 crafting tools ( lathe, forge, alch table) and also enough room for the relevant merchants for these crafts.

Be very aware tho, that if you decide to upgrade your house to the next tier, you will NOT get a refund on what you paid...ie upgrade from villa to mansion costs 100p NOT 100 - 40 = 60p

Merchants, tools and vaults also cost a fair bit, Healer = 3p, Forge = 1p, House Vault = 1p , Merchants and Telepoerters range from 500 - 100g

As for decoration inside and outside, this can easily run into 1p+

dont forget to count that costs also

Best value house depends on a) what you pay for the plot/plots and what you want out of it.

Remember that if you can get a friend (if you have any friends ) you could get them to give you housing priveledges to use there house and equipment also.

So best value would be 2 cottages held by 2 friends with the range of merchants required by both. In fact you would end up with 1 more merchant than if you bought a Villa.
