Guild house is there and it's easier to access my house with alternate chars that way since I can't teleport straight to my house.

How about buying bind stone to your house and using Hearth bind when teleporting?

or just use ur personal house teleport stone in ur backpack or personal bind stone in ur backpack.

from a quest that starts in the kings throne room, should be a chap in the corner somewhere (cant remember exactly where on alb)

in throne room
In hib you have to goto throne room, sppeak to a guy there (has a yellow circle arround him) then release a guy from a Bindstone in Magmell
Then talk to him in throne room..
He'll port you some places...
Then u finish the quest and get 1 item.. port again and ull get 2.

Turn on hookpoints inside and look in the basement..

Should be a bind stone you can purchase down there.
