Why would people sell their houses anyway?
I mean, doesn't it give problems with things like the House Medallion? (no not the guild one)
I thought those things only worked for the person who planted the house and not someone given access to it etc?

You trade the plot and the house on it with the house title deed. The person you trade to becomes the new owner so no problems with port and no it doesn't go poof, pliff or perzazz
