I think the prices are good as well. Cash is easily farmable... booring like hell though.

I agree that the prices are fair.
Else all little person in Midgard would storm in and buy a spot.

Since there is only 200 or so spots, they would have been gone in a matter of seconds. After that 50% would farm for 6 months to get a House 4. And another 6 months to get stuff for it.

Conclution:
Yes the prices is very fair...

there are 600 houses and there maybe more if it turns out to be that alot more people want it. But as said houses are never meant to be something you could get easily. But certainly here in midgard you should be able to get it a cottage. Even if you take 4plat for the lot and 3plat for cottage+decoration. Its 7 plat which doesnt take alot of time pharming in df.
Now problem is that there are only 600 houses, as most people can get the 7 plat needed. Which might be solved as mythic said that they may put more houses if its needed. We will just have to see what happens

Well outta 32,800 (or something) possible houses, theres only been bought 18 houses on the US Servers.

its too early to tell atm, most people are waiting till it dropped near 10 plat . around monday/tuesday you can see how many people can actually get a house.

Houses are costy...and as always when thimgs cost ppl get angry...the smallest house wasent that expensive...so get that one...

people on vnboards are whining just about the smallest one. They are partially correct, some people wont get a house. But most people should be able to afford one though (just 600 are to few to acommodate everyone i think).

I dont get it either actually fi there are enough lots, then getting lot+cottage would cost 4 plat? For SC template you need way more and nobody whined at though
