House porting problem

A little over a week ago I bought a house (finally), since then I've been unable to port to it from Gothwaite harbour by any character other than the one that bought it. All the characters I'm trying to port using are on the same account, I'm just curious, do I need a bind stone at the house to allow my characters on the same account as the house owner to port? I thought any characters on the house owner account could port

It's odd because when I get to the house the old fashioned way (walking) the characters can change house options as if they're owners - CM, decoration etc.

Anyone know whats going on?

You don't need a bind stone, you need the next patch.
Sadly porting till then will work only with the char who bought the house (did it with a /leveled minst, silly me), well luckily my own house is next to my guild house, so I can use the guild house port thingie

It IS possible to bind at your house with an alt and use /release house, tho.

Make sure you character has been in the house before you use port.
