You should see some of the dragons, they just look amazing, sure there are some **** ones but many people do a great job costumizing their chars. And the crafting is superior to Daoc's. I'm gonna take screen shots and post them asap when the NDA is lifted.

saw some e3 (i think) horizons movie. THE DRAGON HAD LEET AND SHINY EYES is all i can remember though

release date: Horizons is launching on December 9th, 2003 in North America.
Horizons is launching on December 5th, 2003 in Europe.
We are still negotiating the implementation of an International Account which will allow players to freely play on either sets of worlds, but have great confidence that we can include this by launch.

Still very craft biased atm - hard to say much more due to NDA but it's improving all the time and despite problems I'm sure it'll be better than FFXI simply because the it won't be kiddies playground Final Fantasy is. Whether it'll hold my interest for any period beyond that is still to be seen, I'm currently a catman warrior/cleric (potential Paladin) on Sapphire server who would gladly help out any people seeking advice or help.

Well whats out is that there are some other playable races that will come ingame after release, you got the subjucated races, that the Withering Aegis got control over and thoose need to be freed by the players to become a player race, and the you have the Lost Races that as far as i know will be found later either thru exploration or and add on, the only confirmed subjucated race are the Dryads.

About crafting, I hated it in Daoc, and here i spent 90% of my time crafting.
