Fuckers.

I bought two new TP-LINK plugs, a new model but the same manufacturer. They won't fucking see the old plugs. I've installed the shitty management software and it will only see the new plugs. Refuses to acknowledge the existence of the old ones.

Cock.

Tried resetting them all. Doesn't appear to do anything.

Bollocks.

Any ideas?

Wouldn't be the first time you've plugged something in where it really ought not to go.... :D

Pah.

Anyway. I got it working after 2 hours of faffing, plugging one directly into the PC, then resetting it, moving it onto another plug, plugging another into the PC directly, changing the first one's name over the new network from the new one, writing the name on the plug in biro, setting the other plugs to know its password.

Ad infinitum(ish).

What a fucking ball-ache.
