A search on both of them gives a pair of reviews. The Sony is faulted for having poor sound quality and a poor receiver. It also appears to not have a scart output which could be a problem.

I'd suggest the Toshiba, if you're going to buy a not much cop all in one system you might as well get the cheaper one and have some cash left over.
