I always thought Sam Cam was that weird camera effect that Sam Raimi likes to use where the main character is zoomed up and the background drops away.

A businessman is in Japan and hires a hooker for the night. The whole night, she keeps screaming "Hoshimota! Hoshimota!" and he doesn't remember what the word means, but he is 100% sure that she is has really enjoyed the night with him and his sexual performance was exceptional.

The next morning, he goes to play a game of golf with his Japanese business partner and proceeds to knock in an incredible hole-in-one. Everyone crowds around him and is congratulating him in Japanese and he can't think anything to say but "HOSHIMOTA!"
