That would be painful to remove, let me give those of you who don't know how they remove verrucas the low down.

They get a very sharp blade and basically start cutting it off layer by layer, this normally continues until they hit some live skin, resulting in some bleeding. You don't tend to notice this bit and to be honest it's a relief having something like a verruca removed off your foot.

Now comes the painful bit. Liquid nitrogen (-196c) is sprayed on them, how long they are sprayed for depends on the size and what remains of the verruca...I had 1 minute and 30 seconds on both originally and this time the same again for the front one but less for the other one, the pain is...is...well indescribable. The idea behind this is similar to the old method of getting rid of them, instead of burning them out with a hot item this method uses cold burning. It kills the remaining verruca and also the skin it resides in but results in hurting foot for a couple of days.

i had a big verruca on my foot when i was about 7, firs tim ei went in for treatment they did liq. nitrogen on it, omfg the pain! fair to say they had more than a little trouble doing it to me next time
