well its some crappy stats but check the dps... never seen it before
It's red con item to me Lv47, but got it comfirmed it's also red at lv50

Durval is known for dropping wrong DPS/AF items, gets fixed in the next patch afaik.. if your lucky you can get af 16 boots with 32 imbue points of value on them ;p
