Why this hype for Jacinas, I used to have that in my temp from around RR5-RR7, and doesnt really make that much of difference, statisticly it should give you one more lets say Spreadheal every 10 cast - I can get that as well by getting more power in template - since I can use some gear with better utilily.

what moikman said, check my sig for random grp movie, have 46% pp there and sash, look how long power last thanks to sash there, after i got it for healer, cant imagine a power user class w/o it tbh oO.

buffbonus? aughealer should have 13% buffbonus in template. since shaman is OOC fast if he has to buff all.

unless you gonna chance some items to reach it wich is CP!
