Hmm which one?

Made 2 templates for my savage with 2h spec, and I like both of them, so I'm not sure which one to go for. Any input would be very nice:

Lowered heat by 2% and raised qui by 10pts so qui will be capped now.. advice appreciated

Remember to check that your total quickness with buffs doesn't go over 250 as it doesn't affect swing speed after that. Heard confused info about it still affecting damage (lowering) above 250 though.
Maybe Kobolds don't have this problem, Valkyns probably got more qui

With the 10 qui I put in instead of 2% heat I get 254 qui fully buffed, so shouldn't be a problem

As long as you're not using weapon fast enough to cap speed with self buff + qui. And depending whether you have regular group, you might wanna consider celerity too.
I used this weapon speed calculator to calculate how much +qui I wanted to my set when I was h2h. I didn't go as high as 250 since I found out I capped with less qui when using my self 39% haste.
But since you're 2h, you probably got battler or similar 5.6 or so weapon, so you can't cap it unless you trust to have celerity up most of the time time, with celerity you probably can cap it.

The arti I will be using is Battler yes (haven't got scrolls yet though). Don't have regular group, so will have to do with 250 qui and 39% haste + the 10% haste from toa items.

I'm leaning towards #2 template myself, even though the first is using SoM and second harpy cloak, but as I said any other advice would be greatly appreciated
