I dont know if its just me who notices this but, every sb in bg1 i see has under 17 stealth at lvl 24, not by judging but by asking them, as i have a sb on excal, it only has 18 stealth at lvl 21 but... i aslo play pryd/alb and most infs has 20+ stealth, just concerned :)

Hmm, wierd, most nightshades i know that spec for bg aim for 19 stealth so they get 24 after the +5 from items.

Most auto train, for those who dont and have stealth less then 17 they didnt work out there spec and fucked it up to bussy thinking about gettin 21 in Crit Strike.

I had 19+5, that was enough for any task in BG1.

There are far too few Critblade SB's everyone specs to be an SZ, SZ's dont need stealth as much as other assasins, I autotrained and had 5+5 stealth and despite the fact everything saw me from miles away I'd usualy win despite the fact they got the jump on me.

Remember low stealth means they have put their points else where meaning they will probably be stronger than you think, so beware...

and that is strange, with my Critblade Femme i had a damage cap of 505 with perf and i hitted it often.. Nothing like oneshotting a sitting tank :) Or why not oneshot a caster with garotte? thats fun to ;)

I started in BG 1 yesterday (NS) with only 17 + 5 stealth and still got away with it on plenty of occasions . My first real time there and thorughly enjoyed it :)

think bg is alot of fun with my nightshade ;)

altho jumped a sb yesterday, i PA, he was sz, he turn around, kills me in 3 hits, 150-200 damage / hit... last time i hit something with 2 axes :/

still oneshotting casters makes it all worthwhile ;)

Have a mercfiltrator atm and killed a lot of sz'ers. Sometimes they killed me too, but that's part of the game.

But they are very though I have to admit, most of the time it was very close killing the sb with 10% hp left. That was in the beginning of bg3, with Dodger 2 I evade more attacks :)

Still have a critblade on prydwen still lvl 9 though. Don't play there much.

Hehe, aye, i had a lowbie sz on the pvp server. Plenty of people would spot me stealthed and attack me thinkin they had got the better of me by foiling my crit strike, then i'd just turn and batter them down in a few hits. Most of the time i was just tryin to get to the horse merc without gettin killed or sumthin. :p
Was fun for a while but after a bit i began to lose interest, was too easy half the time. Could kill most things by /stickin and hammerin the anytime style button. (wasn't double frost as i was a lowbie, but the lowb equivalent, can't remember the name atm. :p )

Ever heard of a Mercenary ? Give it stealth and envenom and you got a mercfiltrator. Just like a shadowzerker.

My stealth is only 16+5. Seems to work ok for me.

Full spec is :

Stealth 16+5
Pierce 15+5
CS 21+3 ( yes i know blah blah no items etc :p )
Envenom 17+5
CD 5+3 ( same :p )

Poisons are the way to go :D

Still trying to work out which classes I can kill and which ones I can't. After meeting Zoid yesterday and landing a perfect PA he handed me my ass. Savage = no :p

Think I will stick to casters and other assassins :)

P.S. Almost got me Wildcat. Isn't the shade insta a sod? :D

...You can solo tanks too...

I can't. Well I can, but then I die due to falling over a blade of grass. I never have buffs, and whilst my armour/weapons are top quality stuff, my jewlery and stuff isnt. Mages are my downfall when they nuke me :)

( That means my magic resists are sucky :p )

P.S. Well Fael, I gotta get my voidy to 50 :D

Infils get more specs points and also the majority on Alb/Pryd aren't complete retards who have no idea how to play the game.

Mid is the newbie realm there, just like Albion is on Excal.

Any Critblades who attempt to take on pure melee specced Infils/Shades will die a quick death

No need to increase magic resistance anyway imo if they start nuking you, your toast anyway :)

2.5 > YUO!

Thats the reason IMO, and yet in thid, unless infils gank they will get there ass handed to them by an SB that knows what they are doing \o/
