There are two people i have noticed in the "which european place would you live in thread" that havent been banned but they don't seem to have a little rep scale, which is annoying because i would have liked to rep them, is it just a bug on my screen or is it a reason, and does anyone else have this?

They are "banned" in a way, because they both have foul sigs of each other, that I want them to change. So I banned them using the no-sig option.
This should mean they can post, but nobody can see their sig.
It appears it just means they cant get rep, which is fine by me.
