yeh im using zonealarm but other master servers update and refresh fine its just that one only stopped working when i got my cable modem so i'm thinkin its a problem with ntl

nm its fixed now...
thx anyway, went into win98 and it works, doesnt seem to like win2k

In win2k, open ZA and go to security advanced, local zone.
Click add, ip address and then enter 213.221.174.165
Thats the ip for Bw hl master, for some reason win2k and za dont like it

About connections, i have Ntl cable and and the opening of web pages is poor (near the same as my 56k), and also is my downloading, about 7kb/sec.
I dont know what to do to make it better. Reinstall windows( does it delete anything i might need?). I have already reinstalled my modem and Ntl drivers but nothin.
