Well you not killed me yet and i have sighted you with my bow, so i guess we will meet at some point.

My Hit list contains one person, Locs now he has only killed me once and it was honorable, but i have wasted about 10G on arrows trying to take that SOB down and he just wont fall.

But he has capped now, so my hit list is free but if i click someone and it read memeber of the enemy realm! then that is enough for me.

i have been on a killing spree last couple of days. dunno if anyone have noticed me =)

i had a great 1 on 1 battle with Falling on HB last night =) very fun, he poked me for like 125+ dmg each hit. Thank god his weapon was uberslow.

Hib bridge last night

Yes I remember the one on one last night and it was fun. The character I was playing was not actually mine but my son's (credit must be given to my hubby who actually created the character and then generously handed it over)

One thing, though Falling is actually a "she" (note the curves). She is a really good fun character to play in the bg though, although I need to practise a bit more with her. This is the 3rd character that I have used in the bg and they are all different. Up to about two weeks a go I was playing my shade, Carys, there and it takes a bit of getting used to playing the heroine cos she is slow compared to shades - but nice damage.

Anyway I may be back there later today, and hopefully we will be a tad more organised tonight.

Ah so your falling, you forgot to mention how your performance was enhanced by a good 400 - 500% due to my fantastic buffs and my general crap talking in the /cg.

Did i mention im great and ive now ressed 129 people in the past 3 days, mezzed 19 and looked damn good doing it. I love me.

what are you talking about? 50% of PvP servers are PBAOE casters, so your "gonna roll a caster to be different" is gonna make you very undifferent, there are alot of stealthers, but there are much more casters.



levelling wont be harder with 1 class than it is with another IF! (and its a big if) you can get into a decent big guild (to which i already been invited)

just keep making mages after mages that's all... started out on every mage way you can except runemaster, void eld, mana eld and body caba. (and yes did a spirit specced caba =/)

But there will a LOT of SBs out there... and it's no surprise either. Stealth will be very powerful still, and there is no reason to play an archer with all those hib casters running around. instead peeps will play a char with an awesome crit strike (read SB), as not very many chanters pbaoe all the time, they will be viable targets to sbs as well.

and if you're worried about chanters, go for a critblade and kill em in one shot. or make a Shadowzerker and still kill em fast, but instead be able to kill light-tanks/tanks as well.

though I like NSs due to their powerful poisons, so if I make a stealther, I will prob go for a envenom NS. just for the heck outta it

and might be that there will be more casters, don't know, just know that there are a lot of stealthers. and of course there will be a lot of chanters, as they prob can take out any class 1vs1 except light elds and bolt classes (if he gets the bolt off that is).

anyone have any ideas of a boy sorc? had an awesome sorc in alb, Veeshan, who kinda kicked but on just about every duell...

I started playing this game on mid/excal and im pretty sure kobbies could not go down the viking route. Has it been patched in recently or something to make it fair (As luri's could always be champs and avalonians could be armsmen)?

If im guessing rightly then your quite vaguely pointing out to char that trolls cannot be SB's and firbolgs cannot be NS's, pvp isnt that different to proper DAoC.

Oh and does anybody know when the PvP server will be live, I'm sure i could find out but i really cant be bothered.

And how will it work if its packed with various people all speaking different languages

As for PvP all will see the same text/language no matter if u are Middie Class, Alb Class or Hib Class... and the server is due late october if i don't remember wrong from GOA

Ah, thanks slip (again).

It seems that they good people of mythic have really thought this one through, so many ways of abusing people etc have been guarded against.

So the whole server will be english, so we dont have to make ANY attempt to speak german/french?
