they are made more tongue in cheek then serious, all of those guys have their serious bands so it was a "fun thing to do".

The David Armand one is very good, seen it before but was quite a while ago and I'd forgotten about it. Chuckled a bit at Dr. Ring-Ding - Ring Of Fire.

Sorry guys but the rest... just... aren't funny. Its just farily rubbishy versions of the originals without actual jokes, even if some are fairly musically accomplished. Don't get me wrong, I'm not really a fan of the originals in most cases and dont feel a need to defend them. I just don't think most of the links posted above are decent comedy.
