thats what i was thinking when i was reading

scotsmen dont actually wear anything under the kilt most of the time so in scotland be ready for a full view on a windy day

Well they've introduced new hat styles, perhaps Highlanders should ask for some underwear fluff.

Though asking for fluff under a kilt only tends to happen on certain 'artistic' films...
