High lvl kill tasks?

IM sure its been posted a 100 times but I cant find it.

Is there a list of the high lvl kill tasks around? thankful for a pointer in the right direction.

Noone that can help with this? Wondering when and where I can turn in all those glimmer gems.

The Arrow Merchant in DL takes the glimmer gems .... thats all i can remember atm
